The Crown Companies, LLC and Oppidan have teamed up to develop the Apex Commerce Center. The 121-acre industrial site located in Apex, NC consists of four buildings totaling +/- 845,000 square feet.  Building 1 was delivered in Q1 2023, and Buildings 2 and 3 are currently under construction.
